I always like to start these YouTube posts with a little introduction as well as some background for all of you. Today, I will be sharing a #fastandaggressive video I created to use as white noise background for studying, relaxation, meditation, and even sleep.
For those who are not acquainted with the world of ASMR, the term “ASMR,” or autonomous sensory meridian response, was created to describe the physical and emotional sensations people experience when they watch stimulating videos or participate in activities involving personal attention, like hair brushing or applying makeup. It is mostly referred do as the tingle in the body or shiver down the spine but it can also be a feeling of improved mood or can even increase focus and productivity.
I personally find that different types of ASMR content help me in different ways. Tapping and repetitive sounds with little to no talking work great for helping me focus and reduce my outside distractions. It essentially is a type of white noise which drowns out the rest of my surroundings.
