ADHD Resources

ADHD resources are easily found all over the internet and many of them are linked in the sub pages below. This page is aimed at giving everyone the real life examples from my daily life as well as for me to connect and relate with other neurodivergents. My goal is to provide the reader with access to many different ADHD resources that I personally use and suggest as well as my own experience.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder affecting 11 percent of school-age children. Symptoms continue into adulthood in more than three-quarters of cases. ADHD is characterized by developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity.

Individuals with ADHD can be very successful in life. However, without identification and proper treatment, ADHD may have serious consequences, including school failure, family stress and disruption, depression, problems with relationships, substance abuse, delinquency, accidental injuries and job failure. Early identification and treatment are extremely important.

Because of this and what I have experienced in my life, I am dedicating myself and my time to helping others to both learn about ADHD as it is impacting someone in their life and cope with ADHD. I will share my personal experiences in a multitude of different mediums as well as dedicate a section for helpful resources.

Please know you are always welcome to reach out to me and I will do my best to support when and where I can.
