Here I share my personal ASMR Videos which I have created in response to how well ASMR helps calm me. Before I knew I had ADHD, I used to tell people that the only way I could focus on a project was to listen to ASMR. This was mostly explained as it allowed my brain to be quiet which in turn allowed me to work. I often had someone come to my desk at work only to ask what the heck I was watching.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterized by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. A genre of videos intended to induce ASMR has emerged, over 15 million of which had been published on YouTube by 2021.

I make videos of all kinds with the goal of helping others like myself relax and feel comfortable in their daily lives.

I will post my videos here as blog posts with more information in them to explain why it helps but if you would prefer you can find my ASMR YouTube channel by using this link:
