I was diagnoses with combined ADHD at the age of 37. I spent most of my life living as a neurodivergant while having no idea. When I received my diagnosis, I spent roughly one year grieving the life I could have lived. My posts here are intended to help others out there to either seek their own diagnosis, learn more about ways to support and better themselves, or just discuss the daily struggles we all face.
